RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Milano Luxe, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and supplier agreements, returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions.

Returns and Exchanges

Products may only be returned or exchanged if:

• The item received is defective or damaged.
• The wrong item was received due to an error on our side or our supplier's side.
• A return request is submitted within 10 days of delivery.

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)

No return will be accepted without prior written authorization.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:
